I created Gaia's Grotto as a labor of love for the Pagan community, and the planet. Gaia is the All-Mother of Greek Mythology, She who gave birth to all that was to be. Her mysteries and rituals were performed in caves, or Grottoes. I wanted to create a place where the wonder and magnificence of the earth could be celebrated, and those who see the earth as a living part of their religion could gather to discuss topics of interest. I also remember when I started on my path how difficult it was to find tools at reasonable prices or places to ask questions. I have been practicing Wicca and similar practices for 25 years, and felt drawn to serve my community. So as Gaia's Grotto starts small what I have decided to offer is that which has been the most useful to me over the years. I have chosen books for their usefulness and their importance.
