Oil for releasing negative energy
2 drops sandalwood
1 drop rosewood
1 drop ylang ylang
Mix essential oils in 1/2 Ounce carrier oil (Almond, Grapeseed, Safflower, Olive, etc)
Meditation for releasing negative energy
Chose a small black candle. (Or use white for all purpose)
Anoint the candle with the oil, working away from you (drawing negativity outward) with one or both hands.
You can also lightly anoint yourself if you desire.
While anointing your candle, state your purpose, mentally or out loud. Example… "I charge this candle release of negativity!"
Place the candle in the holder and light it.
Sit in a comfortable position where you can view the candle.
As you watch the candle, think of some of the negative things in your life that you’d like to let go of. (Stress, anger, a personal experience or memory that had a negative effect on you)
Close your eyes and focus, one at a time, on the negativity that you wish to release. Imagine the negativity flowing out through your skin, and away from you. Imagine a white light forming a protective shield around you, permanently blocking out that negativity. Visualize a red or pink "love" energy filling up the space where the negativity was.
Do this for as long as necessary
You can snuff the candle out when you’re finished, or let it burn out on it’s own. You can burn a white candle after this to cleanse the air and make sure no negativity lingers, if you chose.
*For safety purposes, never leave candle burning unattended*
