WitchCraft is not good, i think that u should not sit around all day studying magic, rituals, and praying. Its ok to pray every now and then but everyday 24/7,people get tired and then they have to work all day! WitchCraft is bad and i am glad that it stopped.

My apologies! I just realized that comments had been written regarding my article!
Thank you all, so very much, for your kind words! I enjoyed reading each comment.
I am slowly and unsuccessfully adjusting to working full-time on top of still unpacking boxes from a recent move so, I don't always have a lot of time but, if anyone would like to email me personally, that's fine.
    I'm at Lakemists@gmail.com
    Sincerely,
     Diakonissa Sr. Pamela

I just wanted to say this is great! I too come from a similar scenario.
I practicw Ceremonial Magick but exactly the same deal.. I was raised Catholic then became a non-denominational 4square christian which was light years beyound the catholic experiences;
it was still like sheep only show you the pasture but not really letiing you advance..in knowledge of the Yeshua and Sophia.. I has recently been bouncing idea's of "christian" wicca and CM as well.
The only reason I "permited" myself to finally give in to my life long calling-which like you all my years of programming said was FORBIDEN! lol AFter access to the internet I could finally access all these wonder ful books that list in this writtting (thank you). The rest of the truth is there.
Thanks for writting this..I guess I'm not the only one feeling this building wave within the spirit that an EVOLUTION of christianity is starting even now! The old churches are dying because l;ike you said; it's all legalism now!! There are however a few left that still have the Holy Spirit upon them..
I will pass this article on if you don't mind..It confirms what I was expecting..May you stay Blessed
and if you want to chat about this for any reason I will check back Ok?Thanks In Love & Light

This is a very inspirational article. A great read!

Even as someone who has never had a connection or draw to Christianity, it is interesting to note the rituals in Catholicism (and indeed many other (like Baptist) secs). Acts like wine and bread, anointing with water, directing worship to the east - all these are very common universal (and very pagan) tendencies in world religion.

I would also like to direct you to Joseph Campbell's works: It seems the instincts of your youth were correct - originally the moon was considered male, and the Sun, the supreme lifegiver, was a manifestation of the Goddess. The eclipse or consumption of the moon by the sun was as powerful a symbol of the death/rebirth function of the Goddess as autumn and spring are.
It is interesting how this, over the course of time as society has degenerated further into patriarchy, has been reversed almost universally. Although more than remnant signs still remains: Amaterasu, Brigit, etc. are all female sun goddesses.

Indeed, there is wisdom in every path. Thank you for the tale of your journey!

Welcome Sister! There are many finding enlightenment on our very path! I have forwareded your article to my Bishop as he will want to have a fellow Clergyman to sit down with and chat who has a like mind like his own!
IHVH tands for the Father Tetregrammaton Yehwah, the Mother Asherah, the Son Yeshwah, and the Daughter Shekhinah. Asherah being the Sophia as well as the wife and consort of Yehwah and Shekhinah being the Bride of the Sabbath and most Holy Spirit. This likens the Nativity to the birth of Moses as the Father and Mother create the son and the daughter delivers him to the hidden/secret river/womb of life in the Holy Earth Mother Mary - of which God himself created for the specific purpose. Mary is then likened to many woman at that time - herself the virgin, the Magdalen the consort, the other one is married, another is the crone - reflecting the Goddess. So it speaks in one big esoteric circle - so welcome sister
