I would do a evp session. Of course protect yourself first. then I would ask this person, to please talk into this device. ( a digital recorder or a recorder that uses mini cassets, and a counter) that will allow my human ears to hear him/her. It could possibly be female. I have done this myself. I also have taken digital pictures. Where I see the shadow out of the corner of my eye. I have set up my lap top and told this person, person's. my human eyes and ears might not be attunted, to there astral plane. But if they talk or show me a symbol. I could understand using my comp. I would appreciate it and If I could help. I would. If You think this might be more than your willing to do. (fear doesnt help). I am sure you have a good paranormal research team, in your area. My friend and I have gone to grave yards and homes. As soon as the weather breaks. please, spring come now! lol. we will be researching paranormal again. television paranormal has become to hollywood. I am sure a person who is sensitive. And doesnt do contacts for money. might be helpful. I never charge. and I have recieve blessings from goddess, and my guides. I say that because it seems, even that has become a for the money only gift. Anway, as long as they dont make you feel your going to be harmed. I would say, when it happens again, please dont sit on the bed. that is where my husband and my cat belong. sometimes just letting the person know. yup, I feel your presence. I dont want them chasing me with a butterfly net. I ask that person to let there love one know in a dream, song, fragrance. That they are near and thinking of them as well. I did this when I was at my last home and was having paranormal experiences. I felt better about knowing who I was dealing with, but the spirits had died violently and once I made contact they would not leave me alone (I eventually told them they were not allowed to barrage me with information anymore, and they did stop). The cool thing was that I received some information from them that I was able to validate elsewhere, so I was sure that what I was experiencing was real. Kind of sad, because the man seemed like he wanted someone to know exactly what his thoughts had been prior to his death, and all of the fear he'd felt), but I don't regret having made the contact. A niece has seen them but i have not, just feel them and hear the crashing of thing when the young girl gets frisky-lol just last week she flipped a dvd off the tv-lol but saddly our time together is cpmming to an end as the landlord will not keep the house up and it is failing fast. i can only hope i find another soon( like this one) i know how you feel-lol
