The Energetic Journey of the Past Year

2009 has finally come to a close. In some respects it seemed to take an eternity with the fluctuating energies and influences from the four mercury retrogrades as well as the planetary shifts endeavouring desperately to gain some balance. In another way, it seems that, like many years before, the year comes to a stand still nearing the end of December and then the previous months are forgotten.

We omit the journey, the lessons and the choices we made to be exactly where we are today. It tends to feel as though the years come and go in what seems a blink of an eye and we are lead to believe it took this equal amount to bring us to where we are today. Can you honestly say that you are the same person you were twelve months ago or even one month ago?

I pondered on what to write for the first month of 2010. I reflected on the past twelve months and how this has impacted on me personally and can only imagine what it has been like for others. Moving more into my intuitive and energetic self has made for a very powerful time, and I know there are others out there that know exactly what I am talking about.

As important as it is to move forward and create plans on the coming year it is equally important to understand where you have been and the impact this has had on you. We tend to look for tangible results like buying new furniture or completing a course, however I am talking about something more ingrained and undefined by logic.

It is of course, your energetic journey that can grow so much and move you to so many amazing places where time is irrelevant. It is this journey that enables your physical passage to evolve in synergy with yourself. We of the energetic nature tend to feel these ebbs and flows so much more and fortunately, can use our sensitivities to create real and lasting differences.

Use this time as an opportunity to acknowledge the journey you have taken and the steps that have led you to where you are right now. The steps do not need to seem large or small because every step is as important as the other and it will always be the right step for you.

The more you open yourself to connecting to the universe, the supporting energies and the gifts you have the more amazing the years will become. Many of the things you see and feel have no logic and many would perhaps question your sanity if they were not of the same frame of mind, this however does not diminish the relevance or significance.

Some believe that our journey is already mapped out and others believe that it is up to us to decide which path to take. Whatever your belief, whatever road you decide to take, allow the metaphysical world to embrace you for all of your perfections. Even in the most isolating moments it is a matter of putting your hand out and allowing one of your spirit guides or angels to lead you to where you want to go.

Whenever you sit in silence, moments before embarking on the family union, particularly when outside of the room looms the multitude of relatives waiting with bated breath to greet you and love you for that day, be it Christmas, Hanukah, Winter Solstice or the simple end of year celebration; it is in the silence that reprieve is sort and reflection can be gained.

May your 2010 be a year filled with spiritual enlightenment and magical prosperity. Your amazing journey is there waiting for you, when you are ready to continue.

Wise Woman Ways to Prevent Depression

The dark months are a time of rest and renewal, not a time of high energy. The fairies return to their underground homes at Halloween and return aboveground on May Day. Give in to the slower pace of the winter. Expect less of yourself; enjoy more time in bed. Stop fighting the dark. Let it be deep and nourishing. Before electric lights, humans slept twelve hours a day during the winter. Recognize the softer energy of contemplation and enjoy it, just as you do the active energy of summer.

Herb tonics can help us lighten up and stay healthier all winter. My favorite winter tonics are sunlight, St. Joan’s wort tincture, elder berry tincture, linden infusion, sauerkraut, and organ meats.

Get out into the sun. Not just in the winter, but in the summer too. And skip the sunscreen. Overuse is causing an epidemic of vitamin D deficiency, which leads to depression, weak bones, and cancer. For optimum mental and physical health – and for sustainable energy – humans need 15-30 minutes of unfiltered sunlight on hands, face and eyes (no glasses, no contacts) every day. You won’t make vitamin D in the northern states during the winter, but sunlight still has beneficial effects on the pineal gland, and thus, overall health. Special high-intensity lights are used to help those who deal with winter depression; but natural sunlight is preferable.

Hypericum perforatum is the botanical name for the famous St. John’s wort, better known to me as St. Joan’s wort. This yellow-flowered plant thrives in the hottest, sunniest locations and spends the summer soaking up the sun so she can give it back to you when the outer or inner skies are grey. A dropperful of the tincture, taken as often as every two hours, if needed, can brighten your mood rapidly. I love the winter, so I use Hypericum as an antiviral. A dropperful a day (more if flu threatens) helps prevent colds and the flu.

Elder berries are the fruit of the magical elder bush (Sambucus nigra). All parts of the elder have been used to help us get through the winter. It is said that a powerful woman lives in the elder; I call her Elda Mor, though she has many, many names. If asked to help, she will. But she resents demands and grows furious if she is used without thanks. As much as a teaspoonful of elder berry tincture can be used daily to improve mood and immunity.

Linden blossoms (Tillia americana or europa) are the world’s most popular winter tonic. I make an infusion by brewing a half-ounce (weight measurement) of the flowers in a quart of boiling water. I steep my infusion, tightly covered, off the heat, for at least four hours. For remedial relief of sore throat or bronchitis, I start with cold water and bring the herb and water to a boil together. A big spoonful of honey in each cup of the infusion – strained and heated – isn’t necessary, but adds delight.

Sauerkraut, or any naturally fermented vegetables including Kimchee, feed the underground parts of our beings. A small serving daily from the beginning of December through the end of March can totally prevent the flu. Let the summer stored in the vegetables speak to you of joy.

Organ meats are an old secret for staying healthy, especially in the winter, when we need the concentrated goodness of meat. Liver is a powerful, rich source of vitamins D and A, as well as iron and other minerals needed to keep depression away and strengthen immunity. Eating animals is the surest way to love them and help them. When we buy organic meats, we are voting for well-tended animals who live with dignity and who take pride in contributing to our well-being. When we refuse to eat animals, we leave them in the hands of those who don’t care. And we short-change our own health.

Green blessings!

My Witchy Evolution

It is in the quiet moments between the madness of the day to day that I sometimes sit and think about my path as a witch; how it all started and how I came to be where I am today. There are so many elements, areas and facets to witchcraft that as we develop as individuals from one life to the next it is too limiting to be pigeon holed exclusively to one term and believe this is where we should remain.

When I came into witchcraft it was such a breath of fresh air. Even today our society is blatantly based on Christianity as are the values of the community right down to how schools are run and even the curriculum that is chosen. As a child I found the heavily based Christian idealism rather unsettling without understanding why.

My parents were the type that did not believe in religion and consequently left it up to me to decide. Something I have always been grateful for. It is interesting that as a result it was not until I was an adult that the awareness of what is out there finally come to me and I was able to piece together the years of inconsistencies. It was very liberating.

There are so many ways to grow and when you trust upon your path it can lead you to some very interesting places. For me, when I learnt Reiki some years back I found I no longer felt the need to conduct spells and moved into creating manifestations through energy. I have since come into my space connecting with the universe and all of its glory.

As you evolve and learn new things about yourself and the place you have chosen to be on your journey, it can open the door to such beautiful awareness allowing you to see, hear and feel things others may deem a little “strange”. Though logic often doesn’t have a place when working outside of the physical it can be a little challenging to comprehend at first.

Recently a friend of mine told me she bought a spell and it all went wrong, dropping the herbs everywhere and was rather upset by it all. It reminded me of those times where casting the circle went wrong because someone would drop by at the worst possible time or the candles would fall over because the cat decided to jump on the alter. I assumed that the gods, goddesses as well as the angels and spirit guides were in stitches of laughter because it would have been such a sight.

When you look at yourself as a witch, what does this mean to you? How has your evolution assisted you to connect to yourself and contribute to the person you are and the life you have?

At the end of the day it doesn’t matter how you evolve or what you do to fulfill your path as a witch; whatever is right for you will speak to you the loudest and feel the most comfortable. My evolution went towards the light and I am humbled to take it to a different level.

Enjoy your witchiness and all the beautiful magnificence that comes with it.

The Creativity within You

We often talk about all the other facets that make us complete and the essence of what creates the balance within; the influences from external sources as well as the internal higher self working in harmony. But, there is one amazing ingredient that is often omitted and yet is pivotal in bringing this all together. It is the one aspect that is like the blood in our veins and the air that we breathe. Without it passion would be only a word and dreams would be something told in stories, and even that would not exist.

I am talking about Creativity.

I have been seeing workshops around about creativity and I am actually rather amused since it is so fundamental to who we are as individuals. On the flip side I am also dumbfounded that it isn’t promoted and encouraged more.

In terms of our spiritual self creativity can have a dramatic effect on moving from a mechanistic existence to that of an enlightened self. Think about it…

I am sure we have a story to tell that would demonstrate the difference to our lives when we embraced our creative self to a time when we didn’t.

When you live in a mechanistic world with so much technology, so much consumerism it is easy to remain grounded and not in a good way. It is easy to become black and white in your opinion and even your life. It is all about paying bills, going to work and making ends meet. Creativity then becomes a chore and something only children can do.

The impact this has on you, particularly if you are empathetic or sensitive in any way, is that it shuts this part of you off, completely. That means that it becomes almost impossible to hear your spirit guides or angels and everything is done based on logic not your intuition.

I can speak first hand what that is like and in one word – miserable. Your life then begins to reflect everything this represents dark, heavy, uneventful, full of obligation with very little fun, happiness or connecting to yourself.

When you allow creativity to re-enter it is as though someone has turned the light on and this flood of emotion overwhelms you in such a way you don’t know whether to laugh or cry, but the one thing you do know is that it feels unbelievable. Then when you put this amazing emotional result into something what comes out is beyond words.

Creativity does not only have to be painting a picture or playing with clay, creativity allows us to explore ourselves in ways only as limited as you want it to be. It is one of the most beautiful processes and should be embraced so much more in our day to day. When it is your growth, your self expression internally and externally reaches through worlds.

No matter who you are, what you do and even what you believe allow a little bit of creativity in and notice the difference. Notice how it deeps your meditation, how your sense of being true to yourself is elevated and how your eyes seem to be more open. Colours seem more vivid and your mind more alert. You can hear your spirit guides chatting away to you and you can feel the support and connection to the universe as though it is physically tied to you.

Creativity is such a simple thing and yet, the impact can be between night and day.

UNIVERSAL LANGUAGES

I see the beauty of the plants growing in each and every direction subtly oblivious of where they should and can go. They seek the warmth and energy of the sun, sourcing moisture from the earth and air. All else is irrelevant; all else has no consequence to their day.

The days come and the days go. The sun rises and the sun sets. The clouds pass over, sometimes bringing rain and other times a moment of a shadow. There are no conscious thoughts in these actions. There are contributing factors influencing the direction, however it isn’t premeditated or in a manipulative manner. It is all for the greater good.

So many Angels, Spirit Guides, Ghosts, the Para-Normal, energies of another world glide between us; sometimes they are on a particular mission and other times on their way to a new place. We are oblivious, most of the time.

Plants communicate with other plants via vibration, Dogs, Cats; Animals communicate telepathically all the while reading your energy gauging how you are feeling today. So many people believe our environment is lesser than us because the words they use, the way they communicate does not register with our conscious logic. Yet, the irony is that it is so natural and ironically more advanced than the conscious mind. We limit ourselves through believing that it needs to be understood consciously for it to be accepted.

I wonder what would happen when the majority of the planet realise that everything we do, everything we feel, decide and want happens way before it even reaches our consciousness. That our actual behaviour is a result of the process in which our minds work and only once it reaches our conscious mind does the action follow.

So many are blind to that fact that every day they are having conversations with their pets, sending vibrations to their plants and brushing against their spirit guides.

It is common to find yourself in an environment where the people are concerned with bills, getting to work, meeting the deadline, the argument they had with their partner as they were walking out of the door and for some the kiss that they shared. It would be easy to assume that this is more than enough to occupy the mind to consider room for the things that do not occur on this plane and still affect who we are.

The beauty is that when working on the metaphysical plane all of these idiosyncrasies are irrelevant and the sense of space, freedom, openness embraces your very being to the point that what many worry about seems rather ridiculous.

It isn’t surprising that often the conscious drama created is to provide balance or depth to the conscious mind. Almost like a foundation on which it is based so that it has some control and security to exist.

The more many of us go between planes, open ourselves to the energies of the universe that influence and provide so much growth and enlightenment, the harder it becomes to communicate in conscious logic with those that hardly, if ever travel beyond the mortal plane. You hear the words come out from the person before you and though it seems to be English or the language you are familiar with, it however does not make any sense. It does not resonate meaning to your conscious mind leaving you feeling confused; often to shake your head wondering if it is you or them. The barrier is there and until they begin to evolve communication will be a little challenging, for you.

It can be truly fascinating catching up with people that are not particularly close, perhaps part of a social circle that ebbs and flows, to enter into and see how many struggle within themselves and seek refuge in methods of escapism, judgment or hatred. Then consider you were once them.

It is humbling and opens the heart in the hope that they too have the opportunity to experience a touch of what the universe offers in its beauty, strength and unity.

Light / Dark Workers

It has been an interesting and roller coaster of a month. It started with what I thought was a bout of hormonal fluctuations only to have a discussion with a light worker and realised it was something much greater that something happening on a physiological level.

Many of us that work in the light, working on a very different vibrational level to those working on the dark side unfortunately will from time to time have the dark side decide to latch on. I liken this to those people that zap our energy however those on the dark side do so much more than that.

Do you ever recall a time where your actions were very different to how you usually are and you find yourself in dispute with someone you care about only to be shaking your head a couple of hours later wondering what had taken place?

Sometimes this can be the dark forces at play. I realise it sounds like a Star Wars type scenario however it is not too far from the truth.

There are light workers and then there are dark workers. I had always believed that I came from a family of light workers. Based on my earlier posts some of you will get that to my absolute astonishment I am a light worker from a dark working family. How I got myself into that is still bewildering. Nevertheless everything happens for a reason and out of the dark comes light, thus there is a benefit, a lesson that can be gained from any situation.

However, I digress…

There is so much happening on a deeper level than we are consciously aware which impacts us in many ways. The changes that have taken place this year from the changing personalities, increased insecurities due to the imbalances throughout the planet have caused such a ripple affect across many planes.  My clients have altered from those passionately wanting to change to completely disappearing to reappearing, all in a matter of a couple of weeks.

With all of this in mind, the dark workers have such an opportunity to play on everyone’s softer side to sway and manipulate. It is unfortunate and very frustrating to work with. I see many beautiful people succumbing only to come to me later on wondering why they went through what they did in the first place. I am forever grateful for the awareness and the ability to assist others on their journey. Much like those that assisted me come to be where I am today.

Dark workers, light workers, planetary imbalances, people scared, insecure seeking some stability and here we are. Dark workers do not hide behind religion or any kind of flamboyancy and often can attach to pure souls. Be aware of a change of energies at your work, when you socialise with your friends and keep some white sage tucked in your back pocket just in case an unwanted gust of wind finds its way into your home ready to disrupt you and your life.

These are uncertain times; however that doesn’t mean that you need to compromise on standing in your own truth and embracing the light that provides you the path to your evolution.

The Six Steps of Healing

What are the Six Steps of Healing?

These are remedies you can use for your problem in order from safest to most dangerous: Step 0 is the safest; Step 6 the most dangerous.  Use Steps 0, 1, 2 and 3 as preventive medicine. Prevention is an important, though often invisible, way of healing/wholing in the Wise Woman tradition. Deep relaxation, information exchange, energetic engagement, optimum nourishment (including touch) and exercise promote health with little or no side effects.

Examples are in parenthesis: (with a few of the modalities available at each step)
Step 0:  Do Nothing

(sleep, meditate, unplug the clock or the telephone)

A vital, invisible step.

Step 1:  Collect Information

(low-tech diagnosis, books, support groups, divination)

Step 2:  Engage the Energy

(prayer, homeopathy, ceremony, affirmations, color, laughter)

Step 3:  Nourish and Tonify

(herbal infusions and vinegars, hugs, exercise, food choices, gentle massage, yoga stretches)

Note: Healing with Steps 4, 5, and 6 always causes some harm.
Step 4:  Stimulate/Sedate

(hot or cold water, many herbal tinctures, acupuncture)

For every stimulation/sedation, there is an opposite sedation/stimulation, sooner or later. Addiction is possible if this step is overused.

Step 5a:  Use Supplements

(synthesized or concentrated vitamins, minerals, and food substances such as nutritional yeast, blue-green algae, bran, royal jelly or spirulina)

Supplements are not Step 3. There’s always a risk with synthesized concentrated substances that they’ll do more harm than good.

Step 5b:  Use Drugs

(chemotherapy, tamoxifen, hormones, high dilution homeopathics, and potentially toxic herbs)

Overdose may cause grave injury or death.

Step 6:  Break and Enter

(threatening language, surgery, colonics, radiation therapies, psychoactive drugs, invasive diagnostic tests such as mammograms and C-T scans)

Side effects are inevitable and may include permanent injury or death.

How to Use the Six Steps of Healing

If you want to remedy your problem with the least possible side effects and danger, start at Step 1. After reading Step 1, pick one remedy from Step 2 and set a time limit for working with it. If your problem is unresolved within that time, decide if the time limit needs expanding or if you are ready to go to Step 3. Continue in this manner, moving to Steps 4, 5 or 6 as needed, until your problem is solved.

Each step up increases the possibility of side effects and their severity so try at least one of the Step 2 techniques, even if they seem strange to you, before going onto the remedies of Step 3 and beyond (note also that time spent at Step 2 will help you choose appropriate remedies at Step 3 and so on). When your problem is resolved don’t stop. Go back through the steps, in reverse, before resting at Step 0.

You can continue to take remedies from a previous Step after moving on, but be cautious about the use of Step 4 remedies in combination with Step 5 remedies.

If you deem it necessary to heal through Step 5 and/or 6 (and real healing can and does take place with the aid of drugs and surgery) and have not yet tried any techniques from Steps 2 and 3, do so immediately. Engaging the energy, nourishing and tonifying will aid and abet the healing powers of the more dangerous healing ways and help prevent or moderate their side effects.

Empathetic Tales by Hally

Since the evolution of technology it has become blatantly clear that being an Empath is as frequent as a person with brown eyes versus someone with red hair or natural blonde. This however, does not detract the significance and the fact that any assistance an individual has in understanding, feeling and knowing without prior knowledge about things and events is still a gift.

Like anything there are varying degrees and as each of us is unique within our own lives, so too will be the Empath that is in us (for those that have this particular gift).

Before I go further into this, there are many, many different gifts, abilities and talents that are in all of us and as we evolve in this life so too do our gifts come to the surface to use and help others on their journey. No one gift is better than another; it is merely what is relevant to you.

I have done a bit of research on being an Empath and it is interestingly enough a starting point to many other skills that until now you may have thought were co-incidental. There may even be events where you were frustrated without realising that you actually dictated the outcome.

From the wonderful Wikipedia, the very brief definition of an Empath is described as the following:

“An empath or telempath is a person who has an acute or highly developed sense of empathy. In the paranormal and in some works of science fiction and fantasy, empathy is a paranormal or psychic ability to sense the emotions of others. It is distinguished from telepathy, which allows one to perceive thoughts as well. Occasionally empaths are also able to project their own emotions or to affect the emotions of others”.

For those of you that are aware that you have Empathetic skills, crowded rooms, markets, busy streets can be overwhelming. What can start out as a fun event with some friends soon turns out to be a case of “I need to get out of here”. The scary part is when you don’t realise why this is happening or how to assist yourself in this situation.

Trams, trains, buses can be very, very hard. The best tool in these situations is an IPod. It is something to stop you reading someone else. The more aware you become the more you can control, deflect and choose the information that comes to you.

I know of some Empaths that are so in tuned that they will literally become ill when being around others that are ill. (This is actually a very common trait). The person that was ill will become healthy and the Empath will carry the sickness. It is important to be aware that it isn’t always energies that you are connecting to and it can be rather detrimental if you are not careful.

If this is what happens be sure to regularly cleanse yourself with sage and see a healer to ensure you are only energetically carrying yourself. I often see my Reiki Practitioner for sessions specifically for this. It is amazing how much you can pick up when you are busy doing the day to day things. This also assists in retaining a higher vibrational level which is a paramount when doing anything outside of the physical world.

Consider what type of Empath you are. Are you the type that reads energies? Are you the type that can tell a whole person’s history by touch? Are you the type that goes home feeling exactly as your friend felt after a coffee? The beauty of this is there are many variations and there is no right or wrong. There is only the sweet essence that this gift will help you as well as enable you to open a door into some pretty amazing places.

I come across many healers, light workers, psychics and all have specific gifts to enable them to provide this amazing service to us. So, what can an Empath provide?

Most Empaths are creative by nature and often seek jobs as a counsellor, teacher, coach or that where being in tune to others is an added benefit in helping someone. Consider what you do and if it gives you a sense of peace and comfort…

Emotions can become overwhelming and if this is new to you, relax and sit with it. It is very likely that they aren’t your own. The best starting point is to know who you are and be true to yourself. It will provide a great foundation with indentifying what is your “stuff” and what is someone else’s.

What does Metaphysics mean to you?

As we expand our knowledge and awareness our beliefs shift as does our vibrational energies. We learn to work with our Spirit Guides embracing their knowledge and guidance whilst learning about our purpose in this life and what it means in the greater scheme of things.

We feel the earth retaliating against the increasing amount of lost souls trying to regain balance and head towards 2012, which has a myriad of theories in itself.

As we enable our conscious minds to spiral inward and assist us connect to our higher self we cannot help and witness those that have not reached spiritual awareness or connectedness struggle in making simple decisions. Be it because Mercury is in retrograde or the corresponding astrological sign impact on the energies for the month. Maybe it is as simple as being consumed by material items because they are too afraid to go into something that has no logical explanation or room for anything than pure love and intent.

More and more I hear many doubt their religious beliefs because it doesn’t sit with how they perceive themselves. It is ironic that religion is based on beliefs and it is a personal quest that can (and should) only be dictated by yourself. Consequently, there is no right or wrong, only what works for you and the greater good and that which harms you and the greater good. For those that are not open to anything other than what they have been told, it leaves them feeling lost and seeking something they don’t even know themselves.

So, what does this all mean?

I have always had an interest in Metaphysics, even before I was aware there was a name for it. It can be challenging to find terms that actually encompasses all that is and it is this that I found covers it the best. Though, admittedly this has its own limitations.

Metaphysics can be defined as the study of nature and its reality. It is the question of what is it, why is it and how we can comprehend it. It can be perceived as the study of “invisible” nature, or what I like to call the spiritual. This includes natural, supernatural and how we perceive our reality.

The term Metaphysics is a Greek term which means “the books after the books on nature”. A strange definition, I admit. Initially this study was a collection of notes that encompassed all the wonderful things some of us consider normal as Clairvoyance, Clairsentience and the list goes on and on. Like anything, because this is difficult to prove scientifically there have always been sceptics and those that would like to harm anyone that believes differently to the majority.

Even in this day and age, the simple term “Pagan” can create all sorts of discussions, most of which are completely incorrect and irrelevant. I remember a time where I would shudder to consider mentioning that I was a Pagan because of the ramifications.

Metaphysics is no different and you may find that you have an interest in it without even realising it.

So, how is our reality defined?

Is it through our values and beliefs? Is it through the development of all of our lives up to this particular point? Is it the meaning that we attach and the strategies that we play every day?

Perhaps it is all of the above and then some. Metaphysics is a study and as we find our way on our journey, fulfilling and enlightening our souls, it all is relative to the overall. It is all relative to how we want it to be.

LIVES BEFORE LIVES…

So, we are back into Mercury retrograde and if the year wasn’t throwing crazy things at us, no doubt it will this month. Phew! What a year. This year has been full of extreme situations, with extreme illnesses, deaths, births, ups and downs and all of this each day. As they say, what doesn’t kill you will only make you stronger…

I recently had the privilege of attending an amazing workshop. It was on Life between Lives. Some may have heard about it. It is a hypnotic process which focuses on taking you into the brain wave patterns deeper than that for Past Lives and taps into things such as your life’s purpose, why you chose the family you did and who in your life has been with you for many lives.

The process can take up to several hours and is rather intense for the client and the practitioner. It is apparently a rather new technique having originated in the USA by Michael Newton. Can you imagine the energy that is generated in undertaking this process?

Often during coaching something that comes up a lot is the fact that we create our own reality. That we are in complete control of what emotional state we choose to be in, that we have control over changing the limiting beliefs around finance, relationships and so forth. When we add in the Life between Lives theory, this takes it to an amazing level that we did not only create our reality we also chose the people in our lives and the circumstances in which we currently live. This is a pretty intense revelation to process.

Sit with this concept for a moment… you chose your siblings, your parents and your partner. You chose your pets, the life you live all to fulfil a particular purpose. This as an overall is not that surprising but when you take down to the nitty gritty of detail and think back over your past few years – what does this mean to you?

All of sudden worrying about that chocolate bar you had as a snack seems rather insignificant. All of sudden your mortality takes on a life of its own.

I am about as open minded and non-judgemental as one can get and it took a few days to actually comprehend the magnitude of this information. The irony is that it makes perfect sense. The answers are crystal clear and yet, the human, physical side of me, the logical side, had to take some time to process this information. Extraordinary!

Many of us have endeavoured to discover through our past lives where we have come from and what that means to us in this life. Imagine taking this to the next level…

No doubt there are some of you that have done exactly that. I wonder what difference this information and insight has made to your life and the way you perceive who you are in your day to day.

We strive for enlightenment, connecting to our higher self and being regularly assisted by our wonderful Spirit Guides. We are protected by Angels and many of us have tapped into the gifts that we have allowed ourselves in this life to assist us on our journey.

What this all comes down to is that who you are in this life is one in 68 billion of a chance of being replicated. (Something along these lines), which makes each of us extremely unique and extraordinary.

We all know that life can be hard and having had the practitioner advise all of us at the workshop that yes, “the Earth Gig is a pretty tough Gig”, whatever your purpose is in this life – love it, embrace it and have fun with it!
