Vinegar Roasted Greens

The heart chakra represents and manages love, compassion, understanding, patience, and above all empathy. A closed or blocked heart chakra can show itself as a lack of empathy, depression, anxiety, and stress. An open one helps us connect to nature and those around us. A well balanced heart chakra is important in our day to day life and helping your family have a balanced one should be of high importance for a happy and healthy home.

A family could use nothing more than love and forgiveness after the last year plus of being so close and confined. Families have fights and need healing. parents and children, siblings, spouses. We all fight at some point. Basil will aid in closing these wounds and finding reconciliation.

Garlic is great for healing and protection. It is high in allicin which is an antibiotic. I keep it on hand in pill form for minor tooth infections, stomach bugs, etc. Garlic can be used in warding and protection spells, as well as those to break curses. These magical properties also apply to brussel sprouts.

Yellow onions have energies of healing, protection, and they dispel anger. Yellow onion pairs magically with basil to overcome any grudges or heartache in the home. It also has healing properties and can be used on wounds in poultice form to prevent infection.

Our next set of ingredients are helpful in healing with love to bring the family closer together. Parsley can be used for cleansing and healing. Fennel is good for longevity, healing, strength, purification and love. Lemons for purification and love.

Grape seed oil and agave are great for spiritual growth. Grape seed oil supports spiritual growth and allows one to progress on their path. Alongside it is agave, which aids in spiritual cleansing.
