The last article was all about great questions to ask your reader and what you can learn from such wise questions. So it only makes sense for this article to discuss questions that are not the best things to ask. Experienced readers have lists of their most annoying reading clients and the questions they hate most of all. We don’t sit around and meet about those things, though. I have my own list of things that just don’t get good answers from me at least, but my Priest used to give readings, and he would laugh about ONE particular type of reading he got sick and tired of.

Before I discuss these questions that are not a good idea to ask your psychic, know that a good psychic does readings to help people. They don’t do it for personal satisfaction. I don’t want you to go away after reading this and feel anxious about readings out of concern you will automatically annoy your reader. Trust me, Karens come to see us just as often as the go to restaurants. So, there are plenty of clients we don’t like. Just don’t think you have to make us be your bestie or fall in love with your brilliant questions.

My purpose in sharing this list of unwise things to ask your reader is to help you. Truthfully, readers are not here to take away the future. While there are plenty of readers who can give you information about what the future holds, we are not here to tell you minute to minute forecasts of everything you will do, say, or experience. We can’t help you avoid every situation, and we can’t give every last detail of everything. Many readers act as spiritual advisers helping with life skills, and others help speak with the dead. Some can tell you an overview of what to expect, but the future is truthfully, in the future. Don’t have unrealistic expectations when you go to a reader ,and you won’t be disappointed.

 

But Does He Love Me?

My Priest used to get so sick of distraught women begging to know if some guy loved them. These questions come from males and females, and the motivation is the same. The person asking has it fixed in their heads that some lowlife who is basically ignoring them is their destiny and the ONE who they are born to be with- translation- this is the person they want to fuck for the rest of their lives. I get it. I’ve been there. I fell hard for a California man who was nice to me, but that was all.

He was smart, sophisticated, and good with people. His customer service personality was so on point, and I was crushing so hard on him, I thought I’d found the one. He never called or e-mailed. He never made time to talk to me, he never asked me to hang out, and he was always with some other woman. But I was convinced he was the ONE. I sat down with a reader and he bluntly told me the guy would stay gone for work all the time if we ever got together, and he would, furthermore, cheat on me. Well, that was about 20 years ago, and we never got together. No, he didn’t love me and that’s okay. He wasn’t some lowlife though- he just was not interested and that is alright.

I will save you and your reader a lot of trouble and tell you a guy does not love you if he doesn’t make you his top priority. He doesn’t love you if he isn’t around. He doesn’t love you if he does not call, message, or come see you. He doesn’t love you if he doesn’t make plans with you and talk about your future together. What if he does all that and he is mean? He doesn’t love you because he does not care about your feelings. If a man’s feelings are such a mystery to you that you think you ought to ask a psychic about it, move on. He doesn’t love you. There, I saved you some money on a reading.

 

How Can I Force Somebody to Do What I Want?

There is a difference between asking what you can do to help motivate people to do things and then asking what you can do to manipulate people. If you are asking how to keep the peace at a family gathering or how to get a family member who is an addict to therapy, that is one thing. But asking how to have power over people is unacceptable. It is not a psychic’s responsibility to help you to control somebody else. I have had a few different women- all heterosexual, by the way- come to me for magic spells to force a man to be their lover when the men all said no. The answer in this situation is always no means no and you need to take no for an answer.

Sometimes in life, we have to learn to respect other people’s right to choose even if we are unhappy about their decision. If you come in with the attitude that you are going to pay a witch or a psychic to help you to have control over somebody, you might get sat down and lectured about consent. And you bet you are still paying for the reading session. I do know some people who will accept money to either give magical techniques for controlling people, or accept pay to do the magic for them. I am not one of those people. All three of the women who tried to pay me to help them control people were told no, they paid for the reading, and they never came back to see me. I would bet money all three men stuck to their guns and held the women off. If you are a control freak spend your money on sessions with someone who will to help you learn not to be, and I promise you will be much happier.

 

What Does She Think of Me?

The best way to find out what somebody thinks of you or anything else is to ask them. I have done plenty of readings for people who want to know what other people think, say, and do, but truthfully, it’s disrespectful of other people’s privacy. One reading like this I don’t have an issue with is when the other person has been dishonest, but it is rare that somebody asks me about dishonesty. They simply want to know what somebody who they don’t want to be around is thinking or doing. I’m basically being paid to spy on somebody. A lot of readers can do this but when you leave they think you are unethical, and some readers flat out refuse to do such readings.

 

What is My Full Medical Diagnosis?

Another variant of this is “Am I pregnant?” Health is a tricky topic to read on. Asking a medical diagnosis is never a good idea because a psychic cannot treat whatever the medical issue is. If you live in North America, getting a diagnosis can feel like finding a needle in a haystack, so I get it. Unless your psychic is renowned for doing diagnosis, it is dangerous to put your life and health in their hands. I had one lady come who wanted me to tell her she was pregnant, and truthfully, I could tell she wasn’t. She was pretending to be pregnant so her boyfriend would not break up with her. I told her to go see a doctor about it. It is always best to see a medical professional about medical concerns.

 

What Are the Winning Lottery Numbers?

If we knew them, we would keep them to ourselves. Nuff’ said.

 

When Will I Die?

Death is a terrifying subject. Everything in the human animal is programmed for survival at any cost. We fear death because we are built to. So, fascination about WHEN we will die is understandable. But trust me, your psychic probably does not want to do such a reading. If it is true that the day we die is decided before we are born, knowing when that moment will come won’t change anything. It will just serve to worry you and make sure you stay freaked out about it. But I will say that people who deprive themselves of the things they want do not live forever. So bungee jump, eat the cake, and swim with sharks if that’s what you want. Nobody lives forever anyhow.

 

What is My Destiny?

Some people believe we are born to accomplish certain things and our lives serve a great cosmic purpose. Some people believe that what they are born to do has been predetermined for them. They feel lost, and that life cannot be fulfilling until they find out the great thing they are supposed to be doing. A secret is, if you are supposed to be doing something the universe has decided upon, you cannot be lost. The things meant to be in your life will appear when they are supposed to. Some people’s lives do serve a great purpose, but a lot of us just live, work, pay bills, have good and bad experiences, love friends, hate enemies, and die. So, relax. If destiny is real- and I don’t think it is- you will be placed right where you are meant to be.

If, on the other hand, people like me are right and destiny is a myth, then the things we do decide what we have in our lives. We can’t control the weather, or what other people do, but we make decisions. Each decision we make has a consequence because for every action, there is a reaction. Instead of waiting for things to fall into your lap, decide what you want, and find out what it takes to make it happen. Then go do those things. Yes, your psychic can help you find ways to do that. Making plans beats sitting around waiting for the universe to enact a magnificent plan for you.

 

I Want to Know About My Ex

Okay I admit it. I’m petty too and I am always thrilled to see when an ex is rotting the way I said they would. Nothing feels better to see the bitch or bastard get their just desserts. But to go to a psychic to find out about them is just plain weird. Stalker weird, and if you are going to do this, it is completely possible your ex dodged a bullet when they left your crazy ass. Your ex is your ex and no longer a part of your life. Unless you want to get back together and are asking a psychic for how to reconcile with an ex, move on with your life. They have, and you can too. Now excuse me while I go laugh about how ugly my one ex looks…but I’m not petty or anything.

 

When you ask the right questions, you make the most of your psychic readings, which you pay good money for. You deserve to get the right answers to the right questions, and there is no sense wasting your time and money on the wrong questions. Until next time, keep getting readings.
