They are meant to be thrown into a ceremonial fire, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Grande', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">placed on an altar or in other spaces, added to <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Grande', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">mojo bags, or crumbled and scattered around an area.
