The Season of the Witch is upon us once again and Samhain is just about here!\u00a0 You will need the following objects to complete this Spell and Enchantment.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>We will start with the Object Enchantment first.<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 The main focus of this enchantment is for\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>PROTECTION (of house, home, self, family.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>)\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Enchantment is an \u201cobject enchantment<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0 You will need to find an object suitable for enchanting from your home or purchase something that you wish to enchant.\u00a0 This item can be a gemstone, a necklace, a sun catcher, a scarecrow in your front yard is an excellent choice, a pumpkin on your porch or mantle…you get the idea.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So, items you need for this:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Altar cloth or clean table surface<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Object you will be enchanting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Tealight candle<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Incense (if you wish)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

That\u2019s it…<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Okay, you have your items and now we\u2019re going to talk a little bit about enchantments.\u00a0 Everyone likes the word \u201cenchant\u201d but we, as a society, use this in a \u201cfairytale\u201d sort of way a lot of times.\u00a0 To enchant is to actually \u201cspeak over and imbue something with your words, power and intent.\u201d\u00a0 It is to give the thing you\u2019re enchanting, \u2018orders from headquarters,\u2019 and hop -to and do its new job!\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You are in essence, imbuing the object with your own power; corresponding herbs, oils, objects of your intent; and sealing it with a spell that is heard, as you know in the Universe and goes to the ear(s) of your God\/Goddess for provision.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Enchantments are EASY and, more importantly, POWERFUL talismans of magick.\u00a0 They are easy to do, and just about anything can be enchanted.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So, with your items in front of you, light your incense and tealight, (<\/span><\/span><\/span>open your circle and ground\/protect yourself if this is your custom<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>).\u00a0 This object you have chosen will be a\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>PROTECTIVE TALISMAN<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0for your family, your pets, your home, your property, your car…everything associated with where you abide….to keep you and yours\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>SAFE<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0during the Autumn Seasons.\u00a0 This is a\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>WARDING<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0agent.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>It wards evil and things that don\u2019t belong there and keeps them away<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Lay out your altar cloth on a clean table.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Sit down in front of table where your object is.\u00a0 Close your eyes and visualize white light around you protecting you and cleansing you from head to toe.\u00a0 Stay with this visualization until you feel good about it.\u00a0 Then open your eyes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0<\/strong> Hold the object in your dominant hand (the one you write with), or if it is too big (as in the case of a pumpkin or scarecrow for the front yard, lay your dominant hand on it,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>and blow your breath on the object<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0<\/strong> Once you blow on your object, say these words:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5.<\/strong>\u00a0 Now, take your hand off of the object.\u00a0 Visualize the object taking on a \u201clife force\u201d of it\u2019s own (I.e., if you use a scarecrow for example, visualize it coming to life and watching over your neighborhood and home at night.\u00a0 If you use a gemstone, visualize it forming an \u201call-seeing eye\u201d that sees and knows any threat that you come across and protects you from harm…) Once you have the visualization down, then say repetitively (at least 3x):<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6.<\/strong>\u00a0 After you are done with the chant, close your circle if you cast one, and place your object in a front and center place of stature in your home or outside in your front yard to keep you safe during the Fall Season.\u00a0 If it is a wearable item, wear it as often as possible.
