If you know someone who feel<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">s<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> the same way, then this book would be the perfect choice for them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">While Ms. Frazier states that this book is for beginners, there is plenty of information here, as well <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">as<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, for the more advanced among us.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The author starts with the basics &#8211; what a crystal is and what it is not, how to shop for a crystal, feeling its&#8217; energy, how to pair one crystal with another that it will work with particularly well.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Of course, it is mandatory to talk about how to clear, cleanse and store your crystals and that, too, is covered in Part 1.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">As a yoga teacher and healer, I am always drawn to how crystals can be used with the chakras (energy centers within one&#8217;s body) and their color correspondences. The basics are definitely covered here. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">I was also interested in using crystal grids. This is something I am just starting to study and Ms. Frazier gave a very good basic introduction in how to set one up.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Part 2 begins with what Ms. Frazier calls the &#8220;workhorse&#8221; crystals. Looking at the list, I tend to agree that these are among the most used crystals, among them amethyst, black tourmaline and rose quartz. I would assume that most who love and own many crystals counts these among their favorites.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">These are followed by 40 more crystals, giving a more general description of each one. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Part 3 gives a very good overview of using crystals to improve your life, and for healing. There are pages devoted to specific things, such as anger, forgiveness, courage, etc., and how best to start using crystals in this manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The book ends with a crystal guide by color.
