This particular box is one for our UK readers. The Well Read Witch is a brand new monthly book subscription box where the focus of the box is a witchcraft book. The book is accompanied by several other items which all add to the pleasure of opening this little treasure trove.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-18957\" src=\"https:\/\/paganpages.org\/emagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/WellReadWitch1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"61\" height=\"81\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">I was excited to receive my first box (the first ever Well Read Witch box! in August, and loved the pink sticker on the outside proclaiming my slim box was a \u2018Gift from the Well Read Witch\u2019. Carefully opening my box, I was delighted to find a collection of little pink packages, all neatly arranged around a paperback book and introduced with a letter. The letter is a really nice touch. The tone is welcoming and friendly, and the products are explained with enthusiasm. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-18959\" src=\"https:\/\/paganpages.org\/emagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/WellReadWitch3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"85\" height=\"113\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">This month\u2019s book is Witchcraft 101 by Brittany Nightshade. As this is a review of the box, rather than the book, I won\u2019t go into too much detail here. Safe to say, the book does exactly what it says on the front; a basic, beginners guide to witchcraft essentials, including festivals, tools and rune meanings. The book is well presented and written in an easy, accessible style. I\u2019m excited to see what other offerings the Well Read Witch will have for us in coming months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The accompanying products are very special. There are some delicious smelling teabags, neatly tucked away inside one of the sweet pink envelopes. A cherry scented tealight smells divine. A beautiful decorative bead appears from another package. There are some incense sticks which smell so great, I use them in my next Hekate devotions. It would have been geat to know th<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">r<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">e scents of the incense, but they were lovely so that is a very minor complaint.
