I\nam so excited but I have to admit that I am just a bit overwhelmed! \nI have all of my books packed and most of my fine china and\ncollectibles.  I still have to pack up my kitchen \u2013 except for what\nI\u2019ll need on a daily basis until moving day.  And all my pictures\nwill have to come off the walls here.  There were lots of holes\npunched in the walls in this place I\u2019m in now \u2013 the people who\nlived here before me argued a lot and apparently like to throw things\nat each other \u2013 so I covered the walls with dozens of pictures to\ncover up all the holes and marks from their stupidity.  I\u2019ll miss\nmy collage but the new place is really nice and I won\u2019t need to\ncover the walls at all.  They all have a coat of fresh paint \u2013 a\nlovely peach color in the bedrooms and off-white in the living room\nand dining room.  The place is spotlessly clean.  \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThere\u2019s\na huge front porch and I can hardly wait to put a porch garden up\nthere.  I want tomatoes and peppers and cukes and lots of colorful\nflowers.  I have missed gardening these last few years \u2013 stuck in\napartments with no porch, not even a small balcony \u2013 so I am more\nthan ready to get my hands in some dirt!  I am so glad I held onto my\ngardening tools.  \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/paganpages.org\/emagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/This-too-Shall-Pass.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20698\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThese\nlast two years I have been about as depressed as I have ever been but\nI have hung in there and told myself over and over, \u201cThis too shall\npass\u201d \u2013 <em>and it did.  <\/em>I am finally moving out of this\ndead-end neighborhood \u2013 moving to a far nicer section of the city \u2013\nmoving to a bigger, lovelier apartment \u2013 closer to everything that\nI need in my life.  I am so thankful and happy.  \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tHey,\nI know this is a lame column this month but I am wicked busy!  I just\nwanted to stop in and tell you all \u2013 if you are struggling, if you\nthink it\u2019s not worth it \u2013 HANG IN THERE.  It gets better.
