One way I used to\nmake some of the velvet pieces more special to me was to emboss them\nwith magickal symbols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nWhile\nmany different types of velvet work, those with the most nap give the\nmost striking results. Some velour fabrics\nwork as well. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/paganpages.org\/emagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/EmbossingCork.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20205\" width=\"507\" height=\"380\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\nRubber\nstamps are very easy to use. Cork and the large, thin erasers are two\nother materials you can use. You might experiment with others. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Place the front side of the fabric face down on the shape you wish to imprint on the material. Mist a couple of times with water and, using an iron set to the silk setting, press directly down on top of the shape. Hold it fairly still for about fifteen to twenty seconds.
