Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has only one path in and\none path out. No dead ends. No wandering, lost. Walking\nthe path, you head one way and then the other, turning right, turning\nleft. As you do, your awareness shifts from one side of your brain to\nthe other and back again. Let all your\nsenses gently explore the\nsituation: when and how did it begin, how does it make you feel, what\nare the effects? Hold no attachments and no emotions, remain open and\nallow space for insights to come to you \u2013 if not consciously, on\nanother level. Accept answers without judgment\nor analyzing \u2013 even if they don\u2019t make sense.
