This is basic and to the point, and does not contain any information that will be revelatory for seasoned stoners, but it would make a good introduction for those who are not familiar with the basics of cannabis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The main body of the book is broken up into three parts: body, mind, and soul. Each part contains a variety of suggestions for different activities to try while using cannabis. Some of them are obviously fun (\u201cExplore Your Erogenous Zones\u201d), and some are more spiritually-minded and potentially difficult (\u201cWrite an Apology\u201d), but the central message of self-care continues throughout the book.
