He has played around with chocolate chip cookie recipes for years and this is the best one ever. I cant take any credit for this recipe its all his, Alexx Mascorro. Since he is my son and I am a witch we thought this would be a cute name for them. Son of a Witch\u2019s Chocolate Chip Cookies. Ingredients 1 C. Bread Flour 3\/4 C. All Purpose Flour 2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 C. Butter (melted) 1 C. Brown Sugar 1\/2 C. White Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 Egg 1 Egg Yolk 1 C. Chocolate Chips 5 oz Chocolate Chunks Preheat over to 350F In a large bowl add the bread flour. Next add the all purpose flour. Now add your salt. Then add your baking soda. Now mix it really well. Now get a separate bowl and add your brown sugar. Next add your white sugar. Now add your vanilla extract. Next get a small saucepan and cut up your butter. Now melt your butter. Once its completely melted add it to a measuring cup and set aside to cool off for 20 minutes otherwise your cookies will be greasy. Now in a small separate bowl add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk. Next add the eggs one at a time to the brown sugar mixture bowl. Then stir really well. Now gradually add the flour. Mix it really well. Next add the chocolate chips and the chunks to the bowl. Almost done now just mix it all up really well. Next lay parchment paper on your cookie sheets and roll up the cookie dough into balls. Make sure to press each cookie down lightly. Set in a preheated oven of 350F for 8-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on a cookie rack. Store in an air tight container up to a week, as if it will last that long haha. I hope you guys enjoy this delicious chocolate chip cookie recipe. Now go pour yourself a glass of ice cold milk, grab a cookie or two and put your feet up and relax.
