Recently, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">synchronicity<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> brought him to my attention repeatedly until I got the hint and began calling on him again. We often meet in the same place we once did. Now I realize the old stone cottage <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">on the side of a mountain, deep in the forest is that of a hedge witch \u2013 me \u2013 and he is helping me to heal myself and others as he watches over my travels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-23179\" src=\"https:\/\/paganpages.org\/emagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/witchcrafting2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"486\" height=\"468\" srcset=\"https:\/\/paganpages.org\/emagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/witchcrafting2.png 486w, https:\/\/paganpages.org\/emagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/witchcrafting2-300x289.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 486px) 100vw, 486px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">To honor him I wanted to make a small shrine that had a chance of finding a small space to stay when my skoolie, Karma, is moving. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">I began collecting items to embellish a metal container slightly larger than an Altoids tin. The first man I dated after my divorce was a witch who reintroduced me to the Craft, this time by way of the Goddess. For 11 years I was in a coven, but with retirement, I have returned to an eclectic solitary practice. When accepting the mantle of crone, I pledged to serve and teach. This is what I do from my skoolie \u2013 a 30-year-old school bus converted into a tiny house on wheels that I am driving around the country, following 72-degree weather, emerging myself into nature, and sharing magic with those I meet.
