Its subject matter is focused and doesn\u2019t really step outside the realm of things that can be done during and around bath time, but it still represents a complete set of spiritual practices which, because of the way that it is set up and laid out in the book, could be done year-round. One of the things that I really appreciate about this book is that while it is firmly rooted in self-care, it presents some good, meditative exercises, and some good questions for journal prompts.
