Full moons in November or December are sometimes known as Storm Moons. Here\u2019s my poetic take on that, and how it can feel when times are tough.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Storm Moon<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Storm moon coming
\nBeating at the door
\nTempers are a raising
\nMood drop through the floor
\nHard times over
\nStarvation ain’t the kill
\nHearts running hungry
\nStagnant water standing still
\nVoices louder
\nNo one asking why
\nAnger comes from the gut
\nEmptiness from the sky
\nFlowers drowning
\nCrimping o’er with frost
\nTiny reminders
\nOf just what you have lost<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trees still bare
\nUnder February air
\nBut they need no help to get there
\nTo the green and to the fair<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Storm moon coming
\nWashing your tears clean
\nStarting you over
\nKnows what all your sighs mean
\nStorm moon hanging
\nLaughing in the cloud
\nMocking your ego
\nDid you have to be so proud?
\nStorm moon over
\nLightening burnt away
\nBlackened stump of life
\nThe beating goes away.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
