Sacral Chakra Healing carrot soup The sacral chakra is one of creativity, emotion, and connecting with others. For a long time I didn’t write or learn many new skills. After much thought and retrospect I realized that it all boiled down to self doubt. I didn’t do things because I assumed I would mess them up or that no one would like the finished product. I was also feeling unbalanced. Not necessarily that I had a blocked chakra, but something was definitely off. This is a symptom of an unbalanced sacral chakra. I was still feeling very much creative and wanted to express that, but I didn’t have the confidence to attempt a project. This is why I like to continue my chakra cleansing diet with a good, creamy, carrot soup. Not only is it filled with vitamin C and helps the immune system protect the body, but it’s great for cleansing and rebalancing your sacral chakra and helping you maintain those healthy family ties. First we want to add our Grapeseed to our medium to large pot on medium to high heat. I rave about grapeseed oil. It’s affordable, it’s a wonderful cooking oil, and it’s amazing for your skin. Between cooking, and making healing oils, moisturizers, and arthritis oils, I go through a lot of grapeseed oil. Second is the diced and peeled onions. Onions have been used in magic for centuries to banish negativity and attract positive energy. As i cook these in my grapeseed oil I like to infuse them with energy to banish the negative forces ailing my family. Next is our chopped and peeled carrots. Carrots are said to bring to light what is in the shadows. As we dream, meditate, or daydream our brain finds a way to bring us peace either by distracting us or by forcing us to focus on the problem to devise a solution. This will help our chakra cleansing by aiding us in dealing with any attachment injuries affecting you, or a family member. After this we will add our garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Ingredients: 4 cups vegetable broth 1.5 LBS chopped carrots 1 tablespoon olive or grapeseed oil 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon maple syrup 1 cup chopped yellow onion 3 minced cloves garlic 1\u00bd teaspoons grated fresh ginger Sea salt and fresh black pepper Half can coconut milk if desired Directions: Cook chopped onions, carrots, and garlic cloves in oil on medium to high heat until onions are light brown and carrots begin to soften.
