Sian Lewis Evans runs a popular <\/span><\/span>Facebook group for spiritual entrepreneurs,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a> and offers coaching, spiritual business resources, and a range of goods in her online shop. I was lucky enough to get the chance to review one of Sian\u2019s Lunar Boxes, just one of the many offerings on her website, <\/span><\/span>https:\/\/www.thewitchscwtch.com\/<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>. I chatted to Sian, witch and female entrepreneur, about her work and what it means to her.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mabh: Your website describe you as a \u201cMultipassionate Female Entrepreneur.\u201d Could you tell us a <\/b>little bit about what this means? <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: In a nutshell, Multipassionate or Multipotentialite is someone who has a lot of knowledge about a lot of things. So, a jack of all trades and a master of some! I put it down to my ADHD.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mabh: When people first search for your site, they see the tagline \u201cThe Witch\u2019s Cwtch\u201d. What does this mean, and how do we pronounce it? (My apologies to Welsh speakers!) <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: It\u2019s Welsh for hug or cuddle, (or cupboard\/cubbyhole) but for me its hug. It\u2019s one of those words that just means warmth and safety (well to me anyway) and I felt it encompassed the support I wanted to give others on their journeys. <\/span>Cwtch<\/i><\/span> is pronounced \u201ckutch\u201d. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mabh: As a serial entrepreneur, you must have worked with many businesses and charities\/non-profits. What\u2019s been your favourite or your biggest success story, not necessarily monetarily? <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: That\u2019s hard. Probably when we won a \u00a35k grant for our charity and the process was to give a 2 min talk in front of hundreds of people!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mabh: Tell us about your Luna Circle. How do folks join up? <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: The <\/span><\/span><\/span>Luna Circle<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a> is available as a standalone membership or as part of the Lunar Boxes. It includes daily readings, virtual rituals, monthly group coaching, goal setting, network\/masterclass sessions and access to an online library that covers Business, Mindset & Spirituality. Mabh: What made you start doing the Lunar boxes? <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: We were doing the rituals in the <\/span><\/span><\/span>Enlightened Entrepreneurs Circle<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>, which is my free group and I found people were asking about what to use, how to do the rituals, and so the idea was born on a walk. It happened a few days before the Sagittarius New Moon, so I decided it needed to be launched in time for Capricorn. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mabh: Who would you say the Lunar boxes are aimed at? And who have you found actually purchases them the most? <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: They are aimed at women who want to expand their spiritual journey, who are interested in the moon and witchcraft, but not sure where to go, how to access resources and want a safe place in which to ask questions. They are dabbling, but not wanting to quite go alone. It\u2019s also for women who are entrepreneurs. But the box and the group is more than just about business; it\u2019s a family. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mabh: I was excited to find that my box was tailored for the exact month and moon we were moving into. Are you planning any other bespoke boxes or subscription services? Have you had any unusual requests? <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: No unusual requests as yet \u2013 but the spell kits are always well-received. Yes I am, I have a collaboration coming up with crystals and also a sea witch box. The Lunar Box is available as a monthly subscription or as a one-off each purchase. The Lunar Box always works around the new and full moon for that lunar month. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mabh: I notice from your coaching offerings that you discuss spirituality and business \u2013 do you find that the two are often connected, and if so, why do you think that is? <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: They are so interlinked. It features on the Wheel of Life (the coaching one) and you can\u2019t work on one aspect without ensuring all the other elements are equally catered for, otherwise it creates a very bumpy ride! It\u2019s become much more acceptable for women in business to embrace their spirituality and actively use it within their daily life, the same as people use religion. I realised that it made no difference to anyone except myself whether I set my monthly goals on the 1<\/span>st<\/sup><\/span> of the month or on the New Moon, but I quickly realised which one I felt more aligned with. I also think spirituality allows you to become more authentically aligned with what you are doing. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mabh: How would you describe your own spirituality? <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: I\u2019m still on my journey, but I\u2019m remembering so much from when I was growing up, and now it\u2019s all coming back. I very much identify as a baby witch, pulled to the moon and the cosmos, but more likely to be eclectic. I\u2019m enjoying exploring, learning, practicing and experimenting, but sharing that journey which I think is important for others, to know that it\u2019s ok to try new things. I think sometimes fear stops people from delving more into what interests them. There is no right or wrong, and I love that I can be who I truly am, with no fear of judgement. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mabh: Finally, what\u2019s next for you and what offerings can we look forward to being added to your website? <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sian: Well that would be telling! It\u2019s being updated to reflect The Witch\u2019s Cwtch, so more products, more collaborations and more boxes. Plus I\u2019m embracing my ADHD more, so who knows what will happen. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
