This is an outstanding tome dedicated to educating people about spirit animals, the Mesoamerican lore and beliefs about them, and how you can connect with your animal spirit guides through meditation, and communication with them. Published in 2021 by Bear and Company, this is 201 pages chock full of great history, lore, symbolism, and sacred wisdom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The book is organized in two parts with the first being all about how to connect with the animal spirits, how to work with them, and what the history and beliefs are about the shamanic work with them. This might be about ancient and modern Mesoamerican peoples practices, but this spells everything out well enough that you can use some of these techniques for your own practice, no matter what Tradition you may belong to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A traditional Curandersimo, Buenaflor is also University educated, and teaches and gives presentations. Her college degree is a BA in English Writing. She tried her hand at both singing and playing bagpipes, and\u2026well\u2026let\u2019s just say her gifts lie elsewhere!
