Written for the novice, it is sprinkled with tips and tricks for more advanced readers as well. Starting with an easy Opening Meditation which helps the reader set her intentions for the exercise, the author gently proceeds to explain healing energy and the pathways to it. The chakras are interpreted and explored in simple language and lovely illustrations. You&#8217;ll learn how to clean and balance your chakras, work with your energy fields and auras to protect your space and remove negative energies.<\/p>\n<p>I am happy to add\u00a0<em>The Aura + Chakra Healing Companion<\/em> to my personal library.<\/p>\n<p>Illustrations, color photographs, index.<\/p>\n<p>My verdict: 5 broomsticks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Author<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kat Fowler<\/strong> is a light worker, teacher of spirituality, an advanced Energy Therapist of Reiki and also hosts\u00a0<em>The Soul Awakening Podcast<\/em>, which is widely available for listening.
