Astronomically classified as\u00a0both<\/em> asteroid and comet, Chiron is defined as a “centaur” and was named after a centaur healer from Greek mythology. Astrologically, Chiron teaches us to overcome our core wounds and learn from the lessons they offer us.<\/p>\n

Okay, how many Seed Moons\u00a0are<\/em> there, anyhow? At least two, from what I can see, one in March and one in April, from different sources. There could be lots more, also, which makes sense when you think of all the diverse cultures that have been naming full moons for the past umpteen years.<\/p>\n

Think about it this way:\u00a0<\/em>It’s interesting to think about how different eras and peoples interpreted the concepts of seeds. Some stressed healing, others new beginnings–all facets of the same diamond. And the mindset was as much about eternal artistry as the science of the times. There’s no single answer or interpretation. I think it makes the concept richer in many ways. Less precise, sure, but more textured. What do you think?<\/p>\n
