Sheesh&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p><strong>No Place Like Home<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is my first weekend back after heart bypass surgery and rehab.\u00a0 Thanks to everybody for all the calls and texts!\u00a0 And\u00a0<em>most\u00a0<\/em>especially to my sweetheart Sparkle&#8211;we spoke\u00a0<em>every<\/em> day and she visited me often. Namor and Crystal did me a long distance favor while I was still in rehab, earning my eternal gratitude. Hershey sent several texts. As did Mihos. And my doctors and nurses made an experience out of what easily could have become an ordeal.<\/p>\n<p>My religion was a great comfort to me as well. My Deities, the Christian Trinity, all my astrals, and my familiars too&#8230;I could feel their presence while I was away from home.\u00a0 I even felt Mom drop by one night (she passed years ago, at age 104) to tell me she loved me. It was a very serene moment.<\/p>\n<p>But needless to say, Dorothy was right: there&#8217;s no place like home!<\/p>\n<p><strong>HAPPY MOTHER&#8217;S DAY !!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wey is a columnist for Pagan Pages.
