I<br \/>\nactually used some of them during meditations that I did and found my<br \/>\njourneys to be more in spiritual flow. I actually became so relaxed during<br \/>\none of the recordings that I fell asleep. One can easily be lulled by these<br \/>\ncd&#8217;s&#8230;how relaxing. The music was the same in each different Mantra, only<br \/>\nthe words changed and to be honest with you, it took me about 8 Mantra&#8217;s to<br \/>\nrealize this. This is a keeper in my library and I would suggest it to<br \/>\nanyone who has problems with visualization, blocking out the surrounding<br \/>\nnoises or who would like some assistance on their spiritual journey of<br \/>\nmediation.
