A most complex unit for any mind to comprehend,<\/div>\n
It travels strait or can even bend.
\nDefining it eludes the greatest mind,
\nIt keeps moving forward its so unkind.<\/div>\n
It measures speed, a life, or infinity,
\nIt is the future, the present and loves history.
\nBy its self it cant be measured or even traveled,
\nNor straddled, or smuggled or even canceled.<\/div>\n
Its not an event… nor a thing,
\nBut age is something that it can bring.
\nIt can be read by by a grain of sand,
\nIt’s Dimensions can consume the land.<\/div>\n
It can be measured by a single candle,
\nIt has no form that you can handle.
\nIt knows when a star will be overhead,
\nIts in our dreams when we go to bed.<\/div>\n
It gives birth, and knows when to die,
\nIts heard us laugh and heard us cry.
\nIt makes us old when we feel young,
\nIt can speak but it has no tongue.<\/div>\n
It makes the past live in the present,
\nAnd the future\u00a0 become the ancient.
\nI’ve realized from youth to prime…
