\u201cPerceptions of the gods\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today I want to continue my \u201cstudy\u201d of the perceptions of the gods and goddesses by talking about something to which we can all relate. Their perceptions of US.<\/p>\n

We humans are a pretty perceptive bunch. We like to observe everything around us, see things in every way they can be seen, whether it be from a wide out view, such as from space, or from a microscopic view. We try to see everything down to the last detail. The trouble is, there are details that we are not even aware of, nor are we able to perceive them, but the gods can. They see us in ways we can\u2019t even fathom. They see where we\u2019ve been, where we\u2019re going, they see everything about us.<\/p>\n

I hinted in an earlier article that I had a theory that we are in fact the actual children of the gods. In many ways, even if we are not, I believe the gods perceive us in that light. They see how we are limited in our perceptions, but do not hold it against us, and treat us as \u201clower\u201d life forms. Rather, they try to assist us as best they can, without directly interfering with our natural development, and they treat us with the utmost respect.<\/p>\n

If I had to put it \u201cin a nutshell\u201d, I\u2019d say that the gods watch how we live our lives much in the same way as we watch our children, with less direct interaction. They see how we live, and I dare say they stand in wonder of it, as their existence is so different. They may even wonder how we survive being so \u201climited\u201d. It\u2019s just my opinion, but I believe it\u2019s entirely possible it\u2019s true.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve really been thinking a lot about perception lately, and how it relates to how I interact to other people in my daily life. If you can put yourself in someone else\u2019s shoes, and see how their life really is, it makes you tolerant. You become more patient, you see that your life is not as bad as it may seem.<\/p>\n

I also find myself seeing my own personal thoughts differently. My emotions are more ordered, they are much less chaotic than they used to be. The gods live in an environment of pure love, for each other, and for all of creation. I\u2019ve tried to apply that to my own life, and see the universe in a different light. Sometimes it takes going inside yourself to see the outside with new eyes. Not everything is as it seems. The way one experiences life has a lot to do, no, everything to do, with how it\u2019s perceived. I always say, \u201cYou could be having the worst day of your life, but if you don\u2019t see it that way, then, it\u2019s not.\u201d<\/p>\n

That one sentence can be applied to every part of your life. Relationships, jobs, the daily \u201cgrind\u201d, everything you do and how you deal with it depends on how you perceive it, emotionally. The gods know this, and choose to see everything with love. Being happy is a choice.<\/p>\n
