It can be a diary, art journal, spell book, daily gratitude list, or something unique that speaks to your heart.\u00a0 My own Book of Seasons combines all of the above.<\/p>\n<p>Each month I will suggest a focus, affirmation, artistic activity and a food to explore.\u00a0 This is one way of fully experiencing the \u201cnow\u201d and bringing into our intentions the good we seek.<\/p>\n<p>To begin with I suggest purchasing a blank journal.\u00a0 I found one at the local drug store, but I have used composition books and spiral notebooks in the past.<\/p>\n<p>A cover either sewn or decoupaged adds an inviting touch.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/paganpages.org\/emagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7744\" title=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/paganpages.org\/emagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/1-300x214.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"214\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If using a large journal, separate the pages into 12 equal sections. I began by separating mine into four seasons.\u00a0 I collaged the first page of these sections to indicate the season.\u00a0 Then I used sticky note tabs for each month.
