A Spell for Personal Energy

  • Take a bath in your Dragon’s Blood Ritual Bath Salts (make it yourself by adding 20-30 drops of dragons blood oil to Epsom bath salts or dead sea salts)
  • Anoint a white candle with some of the dragon’s blood oil by dressing the candle upward (rubbing the oil upward from base to tip and on wick.)
  • Light candle in candle safe holder on counter or safe place in your bathroom.
  • Run bathwater and when your bathwater is almost to the level you wish it to be, pour in your bath salts and add an additional 4-6 drops of the Dragon’s Blood oil.
  • Sink on into the bathwater and allow your body to relax.
    • FOCUS:  FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION ON THE CANDLE AT FIRST…looking at the white candle, how pure white it is, the flame and the different colors you see; remind yourself how white represents all color spectrums.
    • BREATHE:  BREATHE IN THE SCENTS OF THE SALTS…thinking of your body and again, while breathing slowly and deeply, draw your attention to the candle and the flame and the energy it is producing.  Start in your mind’s eye to draw an imaginary line from your head and eyes to the candle flame.
    • PULL/DRAW: Pull and Draw the energy from the flame to you mentally.  Remain focused, calm, and if a thought comes in your mind, allow it to pass through and dismiss it, then refocus and keep drawing the energy from the flame gently over to you.  This is all done through visualization only.  Do not actually bring the candle over to you physically.  Just visualize this repeatedly.
    • Once you feel too relaxed and a bit spent from focusing, then relax again in the salts, and close your eyes and thank the God and Goddess for their help.
    • When you are done bathing, and get out, anoint your body, before drying off, with some of the dragon’s blood oil in this kit.
    • Go ahead and put a robe on or loose clothing or remain skyclad if you prefer and are warm enough.

 

 WHILE IN THE BATHROOM, say this spell holding and gazing/or just gazing at the flame:

Light So Bright,

I ask for Blessings tonight.

From Your Guiding Light.

It’s Enthusiasm, Ambition, and Energy I need

Restore to me Willpower and Zest for life to set me free ~

From bondage of Apathy and Depression I now Abdicate,

Harmony, Well-Being and Emotional Healing I now take,
