A Morning Walk and the Cosmic Hello I take several walks a day. Part of this is because I don’t own a car so my legs are my primary source of transportation. Is it just me or did July fly by? July was a month of learning with Little Bear. We spent time at the zoo, started making our favorite foods from scratch, and spent time in the Full Moon. Little Bear shows signs of intolerance to food coloring and preservatives, so I am working on eating a more natural diet with the family.
