Adler Tree Month. Spells for success in business and academia work well now. Celts thought of the Adler as the Faerie’s Tree. Adler Fey have been described as “Dark Faeries” or water spirits and are quite protective of the tree. They’re rumored to dance under blooming Adlers and when they leave one they are said to morph into ravens. Adler magick applies to spiritual decisions, prophecy, resurrection, air and water magic and protection, among other talents.

The next Full Moon–a.k.a. the Full Pink Moon–will be April First. Significant astrologically because it coincides with our Full Moon in Libra, it emphasizes relationships and balance. It’s a time for manifesting emotional clarity. The full moon in Libra is also allied with the zodiac sign of Libra (is anybody out there surprised by this? Shame on you, Pilgrim!) and can impact your relationships during this time.

Finally, have you noticed that the Pink Moon this Year is on April Fool’s Day? Expect clarity with a Funhouse twist. Think cosmic jokesters. To paraphrase Stephen King, the Deities think a lot like Jim Carey and Groucho Marx. Once you realize that, everything makes much more sense!

Color Magic: Sacrebleu–no, Beige. This word originates from a French name for natural wool. The color is often used in clothing and home decor. A combo of yellow, brown and gray, beige comes in more than one shade (like cream or khaki). Magically, beige represents stability, balance and harmony, connecting us to the world and granting us serenity. I have two or three pairs of beige trousers that are my go-tos whenever I simply need to toss something on in a hurry. I’ve found the color–as well as the magic–seems to go with just about everything.
