    Potato Gnocchi Soup Today we are going to make a new recipe that I have been playing with and I finally got it to where my family loves it. It’s so creamy and not watery at all. If you don’t like potato gnocchi you can leave it out and add potato chunks or any other veggie you like. Just add it in right after you saute the onions and celery.   Ingredients 1 C.     Everything Under the Moon Soup   This is a great recipe I came up with a few years ago playing around in the kitchen. Isn’t that how all great recipes are made? It’s a very tasty, healthy, thick soup that you can eat by itself or with any meal. I like to serve it with baked chicken or pork chops.
