      Under the Willows Design – Monthly Altar Kit       Ostara was the theme for the March 2021 Monthly Altar Kit from Under the Willows Design. Among its contents were a collection of herb and flower seeds to plant to honor the new growth that comes with spring.       I want to lend some spiritual advice to all those bombarded with the inevitable January blast of “New Year, New You” thinking. There’s a lot of advertising out there telling you that you need to change. Here’s what I think. You don’t need to go on a diet.
