Going Shamanic Radio
“Going Shamanic” is hosted by Jennifer Engracio on P.A.G.E. Media Project’s blogtalk radio each month. The show focuses on how to integrate shamanism into every day life. Instead of relegating the spiritual aspect of ourselves to Sundays at church or weekend workshops, this show will support listeners in weaving ritual, prayer, magic, alignment with the Spiritworld and the Earth into their lives to enrich their experience of living. This Month’s Topic: Interspecies Communication This episode, we explore Interspecies Communication with Val Majeau from Sacred Paws. How can we learn to communicate with animals? What can they teach us about living? How can they help us heal? This conversation will bring up some age old questions about the…

Kate Howe, The CT Medium, Offers Messages from Beyond the Veil
There’s nothing spooky or eerie about the group reading, but then, I’ve gone to these before, and, full disclosure, I’m a witch – I scare people, I don’t scare easily. The room has a sense of softness to it, with cotton-ball clouds hanging from the ceiling, tulle covering overhead fluorescent fixtures, fairy lights and sheer curtains hanging in the windows, and angels – sometimes just their wings – everywhere. A cross hangs on one wall, a colorful picture titled “Chakra” on another. In one corner is an ancestor altar. Although Kate Howe had arranged two rows of chairs at the far end of the room for a two-hour Heavenly Connections…

Crone’s Corner
Pagan Woman I have often contemplated my role as a Pagan woman and have recently begun evaluating my life’s journey as I have evolved into each aspect of the Divine Feminine. I continue on my Spiritual Path in search of pure knowledge and understanding while recognizing that my journey will travel through each aspect of the Divine Feminine in its turn and each aspect has a lesson for my soul to embrace in order for my Spiritual evolution to be successful. Since recognizing that I am a Pagan, I have grown to fully know myself in this journey and I have finally come to the realization that my role in…

Interview with Cyndi Brannen: Keeper of Keys
Cyndi Brannen has many hats: witch, teacher, psychic, healer, and herbalist, to name just a few. Devotee of Hekate and author of the popular Patheos blog, Keeping her Keys, Cyndi has now written a book all about Hekatean witchcraft: Keeping Her Keys: An Introduction To Hekate’s Modern Witchcraft. Cyndi was kind enough to take some time out to speak to us here at PaganPagesOrg. Here’s what she had to say. Mabh Savage (MS): When did you start writing your blog, Keeping her Keys, and what prompted you to start? Cyndi Brannen (CB): Keeping Her Keys launched on Patheos Pagan around Samhain in 2018. I started KHK because I felt compelled…

Book of Shadows: As the Wheel Turns
April – Spring Has Sprung! Dance by the Light of the Moon! Or, just dance; that is my motto. I made a blingy April Divider because where I live in New England April can be an extremely fickle month and is often than not true to the old saying “April Showers Bring May Flowers.” Since I can always use a reminder to dance this divider will be sure to elevate my mood and will serve to help me keep the colder wet air of April from settling in and causing late season shivers. I am just hoping that the April showers this year are beautiful falling rain drops instead of…

Witch & Popcorn
Bright Blessings, viewers!!!! I am addicted to film, but I am also crazy for documentaries, and travel videos. My husband and I are addicted to Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown, and I think you should be as well. Here is a sample of how great this show is! Anthony was an eccentric chef who could not be still, and was always on the go. He was also an intellectual, a writer, an incredible host, a bit of a cynic, and a bleeding-heart Liberal. Thank goodness! His career as a writer, journalist, film presence, and traveler took him all over the world. Not only did he go to sample the ethnocentric foods…

Wreathing the Wheel
Wreathing the Wheel: Mistakes, Messes, and Accidents This month, I’d like to take a little departure from talking about the specifics of bullet journaling to talk about a related topic that I am very passionate about: making mistakes. As an artist who works a lot with pen and ink, I’m familiar with the unforgiving nature of the medium. It’s very easy to make a small stray pen mark simply by dropping the pen, or (the horror!) even a long mark when my cat decides that she really wants to play with my pen too, or something jostles my drawing surface. From a mistake that lasts a millisecond, hours of work…

The Bad Witch’s Guide
The Bad Witch’s Guide to Faeries I have stared at this empty page and title for about 30 minutes. It is not that I don’t know a lot about fae, the fair folk, the Good Neighbours; it’s just well where to start? First off I suppose is that they are more than just the twinkly winged Barbie dolls we push on little girls. Fae are amazingly varied dependent on habitat and what they eat. In fact almost every people have some version of fae folk. Humans don’t have a universal anything, but if they did, fae might be it. Faery are not “nice”. They are incredible, powerful, wise and witty.…
