Peeking in the Shadows: Crafting a Book of Shadows and Light

(Photo by Ben White on Unsplash)   Starting Your Book of Shadows: Part Two The Dedication You’ve found your “perfect” container to house your Book of Shadows. Now what? First let me clarify perfect “CONTAINER”. Although the emphasis feels as though you should be using a physical journal, many keep their Book of Shadows entirely in electronic format. To the purist, this would be a no-no. Quite frankly, I am of the opinion that the important focus is on codifying what you learn and develop-not so much what form it is kept in. Peeking in the Shadows: Crafting a Book of Shadows and Light

Last month we began the exploration of what a BOS could be. This month I’d like to spend some time on ..Selecting the Perfect Book…   (Photo by Plush Design Studio on Unsplash)   Let me begin by saying that I have MANY journals that have at one time or another served as my BOS. I have a tendency to begin using one journal that I especially like and multi-purpose it, allowing it to morph into whatever my needs happen to be at the time. When I move on to another focus, of course I also need a different journal/Book for those endeavors, and a new BOS is born. This…

The Sacred Geometry of Nemetons In order to explain the sacred geometry of nemetons, I need to briefly explain the levels of light in the inner planes. My understandings about this topic came through my 30-year druid path, druidry and light healing both. The simple, meditative, healing process I use twice a day moved me gradually through many planes of light, which came into the ethers around me for a week or so and then moved out below, so I was always moving up, an ascension process basically. Altogether, there were 363 planes, separated into seven different inner worlds, or heavens. Each heaven was inhabited by different beings who came…
